• Logistics Partners: We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra, India to the address provided by you. The choice of logistics partner depends on the serviceability of your location.
• Shipping Timelines:
  • Off-the-Shelf Products: Typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products: These items may take 5 to 6 weeks to manufacture before shipment. For orders containing multiple items, the entire order will be shipped together based on the longest estimated delivery timeline.
• Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.
• Address Changes: Address changes are only accepted prior to shipment. If the delivery fails due to incorrect or outdated address information, the customer will bear the additional shipping charges.
• Delivery: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM IST, excluding public holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Saaeehomes Enterprises LLP is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided includes P.O. Box details.
• Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by logistics providers are beyond our control. In case of such delays, we will notify you within 3 to 4 days of order placement.

International Shipping:

• Logistics Partners: For international orders, we work with reputable global logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Shipping Timelines:
  • Off-the-Shelf Products: Ship within 3 to 5 business days from our warehouse.
  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products: These products may take up to 5 to 6 weeks to manufacture before shipment. As with domestic orders, if you have ordered multiple items, the shipping timeline will reflect the longest estimated delivery time.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and volume of the items.
• Duties & Taxes: International product prices do not include duties, import taxes, or other statutory charges. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon receiving the goods in the destination country.
• Package Collection: If necessary, the customer will be responsible for collecting the order from the logistics partner or designated shipping agency.
• Tracking & Address Changes: You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. Address changes are only permitted prior to shipment.
• Delivery Delays: Delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays, including customs clearance or logistics disruptions. In case of any delays, our customer support team will reach out within 3 to 4 days of order placement to update you on shipping timelines.

Failed Deliveries & Refunds:

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be liable for any additional delivery costs. If the shipment is returned to our facility, prepaid customers will receive a refund minus any charges incurred.
