  1. Replacements and Returns
  2. Eligibility
    1. Damaged or Defective Items: Replacements or returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us an unboxing video or pictures of the damaged or defective product within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will replace the same product immediately and there will be no additional shipping charges that you would need to pay.
    2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain breakable items are marked as non-returnable on their product pages. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    3. Custom and Bulk Orders: Customized products and bulk orders are not eligible for returns or replacements.
    1. Delivered Products: Due to the natural oxidation process, copper and other metals may develop black spots over time. Please be assured that this does not indicate damage. Oxidation is a normal occurrence when metals are exposed to air. These spots can be cleaned using metal cleaning agents or natural remedies such as lime and salt, vinegar, or tamarind. Please note that products with such oxidation or stains are not eligible for return.

    1. Timeframe: You must request a replacement or return within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order.
    2. Submission: Complete the Replacement & Return form [here] or email us at support@saaeehomes.com. Your request should include:
      1. An unboxing video or pictures of the damaged or defective product.
      2. Your order number.
      3. Request type – replacement or return.
      4. The reason for your request.

    1. Contact: Our team will respond within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours after receiving your request.
    2. Authorization: Replacement or return requests are subject to our approval. If approved, pack the product(s) in their original packaging with the invoice and any other included items.
    3. Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup from the delivery location.
    4. Quality Check: Returned products will be inspected. Products not meeting return requirements will be shipped back to you.
    1. Refunds and Replacements
    1. Standard Processing: We aim to process refunds or replacements within standard shipping timelines.
    2. Unavailable Replacements: If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or a credit coupon for future purchases.
    3. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

    1. Incorrect or Outdated Addresses: No refunds will be issued for issues related to incorrect or outdated delivery addresses or failed delivery attempts.
    2. Third-Party Purchases: We do not handle returns or replacements for products bought through distributors or retail partners.
    3. International Shipments: For international orders, Dhatu is not responsible for refunds related to import duties, taxes, or failure to collect the shipment from the logistics partner.
    1. Order Cancellation
    • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
